Our rules have been created to make your stay in our hotel as comfortable as possible. Please familiarize yourself with our basic rules.
Reservation Procedure :
The user should enter in the chosen order’s details, the credit card details, and all other details requested by the order form.
The user shall be solely responsible for all errors while entering the different requested details.
Cancellation Policy :
Please kindly familiarize with Rules and terms for every rate while choosing the room category.
Safety :
The Guest is forbidden to keep highly inflammable items in a room, to bring materials and items dangerous to life and health of people to the Hotel territory, to use a room for unlawful purposes.
The Hotel is not liable for shortage, damage or loss of moneys, currency values, securities, jewellery and other valuables of the Guest not placed into a safe provided to the Guest.
Confidentiality :
The Hotel complies with confidentiality rules. The Hotel may request personal data of the Guest, such as: Guest’s name and contact information, date of birth, credit card details, arrival and departure
dates, Guest’s preferences during accommodation at the Hotel. Personal data of the Guest can be used with the purpose of rooms reservation.
Payment :
Full payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards, Paypal, Alipay or online bank transfers for  our Hotel.
